Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange or return your jewelry for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Only full priced items are eligible. 

Once your return request has been approved, a return label will be sent via email free of charge. To make a return, please visit our returns portal here. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
